Broadcasting and further study

Lynx described earning a BA in television broadcasting. She chose communications because she enjoyed writing and appearing on camera.

She continued with an MBA focused on social-media marketing while working. Her later interviews also identify those two qualifications as part of her background.

Work at agencies

Her first public-relations job began with office and assistant duties. She later handled client communication, event planning and press releases.

A subsequent role at a boutique social-media firm began as consultancy and developed into full-time work. These jobs involved promoting clients before she built an audience of her own.
